Understand Your Business Needs

We work with you to gain an understanding of your business and technical requirements, along with your timescales. We'll then look at your commercial requirements and internal interview and vetting process to ensure we find you the right fit for your team.

Source Associates

Once we have a clear idea of your business requirements, we will reach out to our onshore and nearshore network to source the right associates for the role(s). We'll then screen and interview associates against your requirements and criteria, and shortlist the most suitably qualified candidates for you.

Associate Onboarding

We'll onboard your new team member(s), and ensure that all background and security clearance checks are completed. We'll generate a statement of work (SOW) and get it signed.

Nearshore Management

We'll take care of all pre-deployment briefings as we onboard your new associates. They will receive their weekly timesheets and we'll ensure that they are completed to your requirements. We will also check in with your associates on a monthly basis.

Client Partner Management

Finally, we'll ensure that you have a dedicated account manager who will keep in touch with you to ensure you have the right people in place at all times. Your account manager will help you scale up and scale down according to demand.
