CEO & Founder

With over 25 years of industry experience. Stuart spent 15 years in management consulting at Accenture and co-founded a successful FinTech business, amassing extensive knowledge and expertise in his field.

Martin Smith

Head of Operations

Martin joined BrightBox in 2018 and leads the delivery team. With over 17 years of experience in recruitment, both in agency and in-house roles, Martin is passionate about helping clients, partners and associates succeed.

Sian Hunt

Head of Finance

Sian joined in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in Finance, working with PLCs, SMEs, and across various industries such as FMCG, Telecoms, and Software development, Sian is an expert in her field.
