CEO & Founder

With over 25 years of industry experience. Stuart spent 15 years in management consulting at Accenture and co-founded a successful FinTech business, amassing extensive knowledge and expertise in his field.

Martin Smith

Operations Director

Martin joined Brightbox in 2018 and now leads account management, delivery, and associate management; driving quality, consistency and performance for clients. With 20+ years’ experience across agency and in-house resourcing, he creates strong partnership value and delivers solutions that help clients scale with confidence.

Sian Hunt

Head of Finance

Sian joined in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in Finance, working with PLCs, SMEs, and across various industries such as FMCG, Telecoms, and Software development, Sian is an expert in her field.

Matthew Banks

Head of Growth

Matthew joined BrightBox in 2022, bringing 13+ years experience in technology services. He advises digital consultancies, SaaS companies, systems integrators and enterprises on implementing liquid workforces, and defines onshore, nearshore or farshore resourcing strategies.

Delivery Lead

Alice Ryder joined BrightBox in 2019, and brings 11 years' experience in technology resourcing. Alice leads the team of Delivery Consultants, ensuring that clients find the perfect associate for their specific needs or project.

Client Account Lead

Alice joined the Brightbox team in 2021, bringing 14+ years' experience in the resourcing industry. Alice primarily focuses on managing and nurturing the relationship with Atos, as well as several other high-value clients.

Mia Wright

Client Account Lead

Mia joined the team in 2019 and led our associate management team, before moving into an account leadership role. She has outstanding relationship management experience, brings 18+ years' experience and is responsible for looking after CGI, and several other high-value accounts.

Rachael Cartwright

Associate Consultant

Rachael joined in 2021 and carries over 9 years of industry experience, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role looking after Brightbox associates. Her relationship-driven experience in resourcing has equipped her with valuable expertise in onboarding and ongoing associate management.

Gary Bake

Lead Software Engineer

Gary designs and delivers the intelligent, AI-driven systems that enables Brightbox to solve real business resourcing problems at scale. Combining strong software architecture expertise with hands-on development, Gary builds secure, production-ready applications using modern AI and data technologies.

Jordan Brady

Delivery Consultant

Jordan first joined Brightbox in 2021 and is a Delivery Consultant with 7+ years’ experience in technology resourcing. He brings valuable in-house talent acquisition experience from Capgemini and Tesco, helping clients find the right resource with speed and precision.

Emma Jones

Partner & Associate Operations Lead

Emma joined Brightbox with 14+ years' experience in technology resourcing, and is an advocate for mental health and wellbeing. Emma leads the associate & parner management function, supporting all resourcing operations in the UK, nearshore and farshore.

Mortimer Marshall

Delivery Consultant

Mortimer joined Brightbox in 2018 and is our longest-standing Delivery team member, bringing 8+ years’ experience in technology resourcing. His expertise spans UK associates, nearshore and farshore resourcing, with a long-standing specialism in nearshore delivery.

Finance Analyst + ESG Lead

Shauneen joined Brightbox in 2021 and serves as our Finance Analyst and ESG Lead, combining strong financial insight with a focus on sustainable business practices. She supports the business with clear financial analysis while helping shape and drive our ESG agenda.

Alex joined Brightbox bringing 8+ years of experience in resourcing and 4+ years specialising in public sector technology resourcing. Alex is responsible for building, maintaining and engaging our security cleared bench of associates for central government and defence programmes.
